Equinox Claim Change of Address

Update:

After receiving Court approval, the Receiver will distribute to eligible claimants the $3.1 million dollars remaining unclaimed from the first distribution.

The Receiver is still awaiting Court approval to mail the distribution checks, now with an expected date sometime in the 1st half of 2009. When the distribution date is finalized, this website will be updated with that date.

Please note the void date on these checks will be about 30 days from the check date.
