Unique opportunity to invest in the UK’s first vertically integrated medical cannabis company

Equinox aims to be a British medical cannabis champion, looking to supply British-grown medical cannabis products predominantly for British patients. As we build the UK’s first ‘Land-to-Brand’, vertically integrated medical cannabis company, we will focus on providing consistent, high-quality, EU-GMP approved cannabis for medical products. Our business model is to pursue wholesale distribution into the rapidly emerging UK medical cannabis market, estimated to reach over £7.5 billion by 2028.

Equinox was one of the first businesses to receive a controlled drug licence from the UK government to cultivate, extract, produce, store, import and export medical cannabis. We are also working to establish the UK as a research pioneer within the medical cannabis industry, developing proprietary formulations, intellectual property and driving innovation. With a first-mover advantage in the cultivation, extraction, production, sales and distribution of high THC UK medical cannabis, there are a number of attributes that differentiate us in our market. Equinox also intends to be a UK flag bearer overseas and supply international markets with high quality British medical cannabis. For more information, see our contact us.

Equinox has a number of clear differentiators from other players in the UK medical cannabis market:

Currently, the vast majority of the UK’s medical cannabis is imported, making it an expensive, complex and time-consuming process, reducing quality oversight and inhibiting market growth potential.

The UK medical cannabis market is poised for significant growth and has the potential to become one of the largest legal cannabis markets in the world, estimated to reach up to £7.5 billion by 2028. Medical cannabis legislation was introduced in 2018 after a series of political campaigns and initiatives. Ongoing political pressure, UK medical cannabis production and improving private patient access to cannabis, have the potential to result in the country becoming a leading multi-billion-pound market.
